List of WIP and Estimate Tickets

Tap the Estimates icon on the home screen to open a list of estimates.

Tap the Work In Progress icon on the home screen to open a list of repair orders.

Each ticket row displays the following information:

You can refresh the tickets list by tapping the Refresh button.

NOTE: By default, the tickets display in the RO View that lists each ticket individually. You can switch to Tech View to see the tickets sorted by technicians.

Searching for Tickets

Use the Search field at the top of the following screens:

On all screens, the Search field enables you to search by:

Type in the name or numbers and the list narrows to the matching tickets automatically.

Sorting Tickets

Complete these steps:

  1. Tap the menu icon (three dots).

  2. Tap Sort By RO/Est to sort tickets by repair order number or estimate number.

    NOTE: Tapping the Sort By RO/Est option lists the repair orders numbers by ascending order. Similarly, you can switch it to descending order by tapping the option again.

  3. Tap Sort By Name to sort tickets alphabetically.

    NOTE: Tapping the Sort By Name option lists the technician names by ascending order. Similarly, you can switch it to descending order by tapping the option again.

Switching to Tech View

You can switch to Tech View to see tickets sorted by technicians.

Complete these steps:

  1. Tap the menu icon (three dots).

  2. Tap Switch to Tech View.

  3. The tickets list now displays the technicians and the tickets assigned to them.

Switching to RO View

When in Tech View,you can switch to RO View to see all tickets listed individually.

Complete these steps:

  1. Tap the RO View button.
