Reassigning a Job to Another Technician

You can use the fields on the job detail window to reassign jobs to other technicians.

Complete these steps:

  1. Click the job row to select it. The job row turns dark gray.

  2. Select the new technician's name in the dropdown list.

  3. Click the Update button. The job is assigned to the selected technician on the job detail window.

NOTE: Assignment changes on the job detail window apply to the Priority window, the R.O. Writer DVI app, and R.O. Writer.
