The performance targets set in the Goals setting are calculated and displayed in ShopPulse in the R.O. Writer DVI app.

As the day progresses and work is done on your shop's tickets, ShopPulse is updated with new information.

Performance

The Performance tab displays a graphical representation of your shop's daily goals set in R.O. Writer DVI Command Configuration.

• The title of each section is a configured goal.
• Each gauge shows how today’s activity compares to the configured goal.

Sales are calculated as the number of repair orders X the average number of repair orders.

The following table describes the ShopPulse metrics.

Gauge	This gauge compares…
Daily ROs Written	The number of repair orders written and closed today to the goal set for daily repair orders written and closed.
Daily ROs Closed	The number of repair orders closed today to the goal set for daily closed repair orders.
Average RO	The average sales for the number of repair orders closed today to the daily goal set for the average repair order.
Sales	Today’s overall sales to the goal set for daily overall sales.

NOTE: Taxes and other fees are not included in this report.

Summary

Tap the Summary toolbar button to see details of your shop's daily progress. The table displays the status of the tickets, their total numbers, and the amount.

The following subtotals are displayed at the bottom of the summary report:

• Open With No Status – This subtotal includes all repair orders that appear on the Work in Progress screen, regardless of status. Voided repair orders are excluded from this number.
• Finalized Repair Orders – This subtotal includes all repair orders that were finalized and full payment received. Finalized repair orders no longer appear on the Work in Progress screen.
• All Repair Orders – This total is the sum of all invoices. The sum is calculated as all Closed repair orders + all Open repair orders.
