Technicians Column
On the SmartStatus window, the Technicians column on the right side
- Displays the technician’s name.
- Displays the time logged on all jobs.
- Allows you to message technicians.
Message Icons
The message icons allow you to message technicians in the R.O. Writer DVI app.
- Click the green message icon in the column header to message all technicians at once.
- Click the green message icon in the ticket tile to message that technician.
When the message icon turns red, that means the technician responded.
