Logging into the R.O. Writer DVI App

The login screen displays when launching the R.O. Writer DVI app.

NOTE: A user account is required to log in. User accounts are created and modified in the Users setting of R.O. Writer DVI Command.

To Log into the R.O. Writer DVI App

Complete these steps:

  1. Enter your username in the User field and your password in the Password field.
  2. Check Stay logged in for the day to stay signed in for the entire day.
  3. Check Save Username to save your username even after logging out.

  4. Tap Sign In to log into the R.O. Writer DVI app.

When signed in successfully, the home screen displays.

To Reset Your Password

All passwords are changed in Central Service; however, you can access the reset password process on the DVI App login screen.

Complete these steps:

  1. Open the DVI App login page and click the Forgot Password? link.

  2. Enter your User Name and click the Email Link button. 

  3. Central Service sends an email to you with a link to reset your password.

  4. Click the link in the email. The password reset window opens.
  5. Enter your User Name, your new Password, and confirm it.
  6. Click the Reset Password button. Your password is now reset.
