Column Headings
Each column heading displays the name of the SmartStatus step. These steps are configured in SmartStatus Configuration.
The header displays:
- The text symbol
when this step is configured to text the customer when a ticket is moved to this step.
- When a ticket is assigned to the step, the text is sent as soon as you drop the tile.
- The text symbol with a “T”
when this step is configured to message the technician when a ticket is moved to this step.
- The name of the step.
- The number of repair orders or estimates in that step.
- The number of hours for all jobs for all technicians.
You move ticket tiles to another step by dragging and dropping the tile. That’s how you move estimates and repair orders through your daily workflow.
