SmartStatus
To open the SmartStatus configuration settings, click Configuration tab > General Settings column > SmartStatus.
In SmartStatus configuration, you configure:
- Texting settings such as your shop’s texting phone number and the customer’s default phone number field.
- The refresh interval for the SmartStatus (and Priority) window.
- How SmartStatus steps work. SmartStatus steps are the columns on the SmartStatus window.
