Ticket Toolbar

When you open a ticket, the toolbar is at the top of the screen for Android devices. The toolbar is at the bottom of the screen for iOS devices.

Toolbar New icons in app

Tap a toolbar button to open that area. Tap and hold to slide the toolbar to the right or left to see more toolbar buttons.

The following table describes the toolbar buttons.

Toolbar Button

Description

The Customer/Vehicle toolbar button. Tap to open the customer and vehicle information. You can edit the customer and vehicle information.

Tap to open the service requests of a ticket. You can add or edit service requests.

New icon for services Tap to open the jobs assigned to the ticket. You can add or edit tasks assigned to technicians.
new icon for checklists in toolbar Tap to open the checklists assigned to the ticket. You can edit checklists.
new icon for authorization Tap to open the estimate and texting authorizations. You can receive the customer's signature to authorize tickets and texting.

Tap to open the notes attached to the ticket, customer, or vehicle. You can add or edit notes.

Tap to open the history of parts and labor of the vehicle.

Tap to open the parts declined by the customer.

Tap to open the parts recommended to the customer.

Tap to open the images and videos attached to the ticket. You can attach images and videos to tickets.
